Element Boston Seaport District Marriott

Boston, USA

The hotel

A thoroughly modern concept in Boston hotels, Element Boston Seaport states it’s been ‘built green from the ground up’. Its eco-friendly principles don’t get in the way of style or luxuries though. Both come in abundance. The public and private spaces are slick and urban, with all the requisite clean lines, blocky furniture, and muted natural colours you’d expect from a hotel that only opened its doors in 2016. This contemporary styling’s evident in the oversized guestrooms with their full kitchens; the cosy reading nooks; the indoor pool space; and the amenities laid on, including free bicycles for exploring your Seaport surrounds, complimentary WiFi, and a ‘Rise, Restore, Relax’ dining mantra, which translates into a 24-hour gourmet pantry, complimentary breakfasts, and midweek receptions with free drinks and hors d’oeuvres.

Stayed 5 nights here for a conference across the street at the convention center. Was extremely convenient location, could be at the conference with a few minute walk, quick eats (Dunkin, Jimmy John's, convenience store) very close with plenty of higher end restaurants within 10-15 min walk. We had a great corner room with a nice view of downtown. Service was excellent, they helped me send a package back to my office. Breakfast was also very good, with a hot entree prepared to order each morning and plenty of selections from a buffet. Read less

My partner and I stayed at Element over Christmas and New Year while visiting Boston. A regular visitor to the city, we were really delighted by the value and quality of the hotel. We had a studio suite, complete with kitchen, and also had use of the facilities and pool of the neighbouring Aloft hotel. Breakfast was a great event - chef cooking a different dish each morning as an alternative to the diverse buffet on offer. Bridget on reception was a star and made our stay comfortable - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was a nice walk from Downtown and the Common, meaning all key stations for transport and visits were easily accessed. We’ll definitely Stay here again. Read less

The hotel is very close to the airport but if you don’t drive, it is not a convenient location. Walking to the T station is about 10 to 15 mins, nothing much to see along the way. Would be good if they would offer shuttle to the T station. When we checked in, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. Though there were 2 elevators, only one… Read more

Would be good if they would offer shuttle to the T station. When we checked in, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. Though there were 2 elevators, only one working. And on the day we checked out, both elevators were down. Interestingly, no signages were put up on the elevators informing guests. Room is ok but housekeeping forgot to clean our room. The sofa bed in the room probably has been used too many times, it was sunken in the middle, need to be replaced. Read less

Loved everything about it! Beautiful, modern, great staff, the room is big and has anything you need! The hotel is located only 10 minutes away form the airport and in a great location close to everywhere you want to go. Really amazing, will definitely sleep at an Element Hotel again!

Very close to the convention center and other places of interest are definitely within a walkable distance (disclaimer I do like to walk!!). The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable, staff are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is one of the best I have seen in a hotel and the complimentary happy hour was a treat. Our room is fully equipped with a kitchenette (hot plate, fridge, dishwasher and sink) so perfect for a longer stay. The beds are super comfy and the bathroom is also well equipped and spacious. I would absolutely stay here again and can recommend without hesitation. Read less
