The hotel's location is good. The staff are helpful and friendly. Even when there was a slight problem with check in- staff were very apologetic and quick to sort out. The decor is retro and 70s style but that does not mean bad in our opinion. The rooms are large, spacious and clean. There was a fridge, microwave and hairdryer which was ideal.… Read more

Great Location but pool was not in use and we were not told ahead of time that it was not open. Underneath the sink would leak when you used it and one of our group got stuck in the bathroom for some time. Also didn’t smell great when we first got there and a dirty pillow was left on one bed. Only stay here for the location, do not recommend for… Read more

Great location walking distance to Fenway park, prudential centre and 3 mins to subway stop. Didn’t have much to do with the staff as we were out all day everyday but rooms cleaned well. Coffee / tea in room which is always a plus.

Stayed for two nights - well located from metro stop, and within easy walk into the city. Plenty of restaurants nearby for breakfast, dinner etc. A little tired as per other reviews, but it served it's purpose. Very large rooms, but no fridge although you could get ice and there were also vending machines for drinks and snacks. Easy walk when… Read more
