Very nice boutique hotel close to MGH, TD Garden, and upper side of Back Bay. Room was clean and fresh with very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom well equipped. No bathtub though. Nice TV with easy access to view your streaming apps. Staff were all quite friendly and welcoming. Small common space in lobby. Room was a bit small, and there was a good size chair in the middle of room with a small, but quite heavy, pedestal table. Depending on which side of bed you’re on, it made for a bit of a challenge to get from bed to bathroom in the middle of the night. Read less

I recently stayed at the Whitney Hotel in Boston and it was a total perfect experience from walking in the front door to checking out. The excellence was in the details: champagne when you check in, smiling employees, cookie jars filled with chocolate chip cookies to the excellent restaurant on premise. If you visit Boston, stay at the Whitney.

Excellent location. A new, well appointed, beautifully designed boutique hotel. The staff is very helpful and professional. The in-house restaurant is delicious. The Whitney is a new hotel and I hope it keeps up it's high standards and great customer service.

I just spent a wonderful weekend at The Whitney Hotel. After a long work week, it was a pleasure to meet up with friends for the weekend in Boston. The hotel is beautifully decorated. It's elegant and modern, with a comfortable atmosphere. I was immediately greeted at the curbside, and when I entered the lobby was given two glasses of prosecco to take to my room. The design touches throughout the hotel we thoughtfully designed to generate comfort. I appreciated having art books to flip through in my room and the lobby. I could go on and on about how comfortable the bed, the linens, and the towels are. We took TWO naps on Saturday which seems boring to some but it was glorious for us and speaks to the level of comfort of the beds. I often don't sleep well in a new setting, but this was not the case here at all. We changed our dinner reservations on Saturday night in order to dine at the restaurant in the hotel before going out for the night, which also did not disappoint. The staff are all top notch, friendly, and warm. I will be staying here again. Read less

My husband and I recently stayed at the Whitney for one night. Everything was terrific and easy. Check in with front desk staff was very welcoming. (Shout outs to Ryan and Samuel!) Our room was just lovely. The bar/restaurant was warm and inviting. Finally the location was perfect. We'll be back next year.
