Honestly, Boston didn’t have friendly staff when it came to restaurants and businesses we visited so we were surprised how great the Whitney staff was to us. I don’t think we’ve ever met friendlier staff. They were super accommodating and didn’t hesitate to help us with bus line schedules, keeping our food in their fridge, late checkouts,… Read more

I don’t think we’ve ever met friendlier staff. They were super accommodating and didn’t hesitate to help us with bus line schedules, keeping our food in their fridge, late checkouts, helping us find food so late at night and complimentary bikes that we used everyday there. Honestly Wilgens, Sam and michael were impeccable with their services and we applaud Wilgens for holding my husbands loud sense of humor for sure. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Besides the phenomenal staff we also loved the modern style and decor throughout the hotel. Thank you for having us! You set the bar high! Big thanks to Ryan as well!! Read less

There are many hotels in Boston, but from now on we plan on staying at the Whitney when we travel there. The room was super clean and classy. We slept well in their very comfortable bed and we loved the walk-in shower with the pebbled, non-slippery floor. We sat on the couch to read every night and we were amazed how quiet it was, even though it was conveniently located across the street from the Charlie train. But the best part of the Whitney was their very caring and helpful staff. Samuel checked us in and gave us an excellent recommendation for a local coffee house and breakfast restaurant. We dined there twice. And Said was the most friendly hotel employee we ever met. He took care of everything we needed and with a huge smile and positive attitude. He made us feel right at home. And of course Ryan Wilson, the Front Office Manager was there for all of our extra needs and questions. He kept us informed about local events and news and offered good suggestions. My husband is on a gluten-free diet and they had a cookie jar full of gluten-free chocolate chip cookies in the hallway. They were delicious. And we enjoyed the nightly chocolates that were left in our room each night along with extra bottled waters. The Whitney Hotel was a fabulous place to stay and we look forward to more visits there in the future. The Beacon Hill location was both historical and convenient for the site-seeing we like to do. Thank you Whitney Hotel staff for a lovely, memorable visit! Read less

I travel a lot, and this hotel was EXQUISITE. Furthermore, their staff and customer service got me from the Boxer, which had sprung a leak, to their hotel no problem for a discounted rate. The beds are so comfortable, the bathroom was perfect, there was lots of treats in my room, unlimited chocolate chip cookies, and they delivered chocolates to… Read more

We came to stay hear by accident , original hotel booked was closed for repairs. So glad that happened! The Whitney is a beautifully appointed boutique hotel, and the staff were all so nice and helpful.
