Hyatt Regency Boston Harbour

Boston, USA

The hotel

If you really want to ‘see’ Boston, a stay at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor delivers all the views you need. Skirting the waterfront, you’ll catch glimpses of Boston’s harbour and skyline at almost every turn. One of the best viewing points is the Harborside Grill’s patio, where you can spend evenings watching the city’s lights flickering on while sipping cocktails – although the restaurant’s huge wall of windows mean dining inside doesn’t disappoint either (and neither does its New England seafood menu). Boston’s silhouette can also be spied from many of the WiFi-enabled guest rooms, the Harborside Lounge, the StayFit™ Gym, and the West Lawn, where yoga often takes place. Mere moments (and a complimentary 24-hour shuttle ride) from the airport, the hotel has a boat dock behind it for harbour cruises and water taxi trips to downtown Boston.

I can't accurately express how much we enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor. We were booked into another hotel in Boston prior to moving to the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor. And we tried to stick it out, but the combination of poor location and building construction was more than we could handle. I called early Saturday morning looking for a different place to stay for the final night of our vacation. The employees of the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor were amazing. They answered all of my questions and had my room booked within minutes. I asked for an early check-in and was told my room wouldn't be cleaned in time. To my surprise I was able to have access by the time my Uber arrived to the hotel. The room was spacious, the view was incredible and the food was delicious. Other Boston area hotels might be nice but I doubt any of them can compare to this one. But as my title says don't take my word for it. Book a room for yourself and find out. Read less

We came for a wedding weekend. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. You definitely want to request a room on the bay side (odd-numbered rooms) unless you like watching airplanes. Shuttle to/from airport is efficient and friendly. Take advantage of the discounted water taxi rates. Business center is free only for boarding passes and Hyatt… Read more

Image of the Tripadvisor rating The view is dynamite, the rooms very comfortable BUT food service was haphazard and the valet parking is exorbitant

Jul 15, 2019 Resort24828305913 Nahant, Massachusetts

I gave my car to the valet in the middle of a rainstorm, and when he took it he did not tell me that the service would cost $51 (!!) . Nor did he point out the sign on the front pillar announcing the fee, which was at least 7' off the ground - too high for this 5'3" person to see.

AC didn't work they tried to fix it but never ended up working room was 79 at its hottest point. Never offered us another room. Have young kids so it was not enjoyable. Positive would be its close to the airport and great view if you have one.

And to be treated to fireworks on the 2nd was even a better treat !! Then at breakfast we met Carlos again and enjoy his hospitality as well .... but on a sad note - we asked about Jimmy who was a wonderful shuttle driver ! Sadly we were told he had passed - can’t tell you how often we would pleasantly recall our trips with him ! “living the dream he would always say “- God bless him Thank you again for a wonderful stay We’ll be back ♥️ Read less
