Hyatt Regency Boston Harbour

Boston, USA

The hotel

If you really want to ‘see’ Boston, a stay at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor delivers all the views you need. Skirting the waterfront, you’ll catch glimpses of Boston’s harbour and skyline at almost every turn. One of the best viewing points is the Harborside Grill’s patio, where you can spend evenings watching the city’s lights flickering on while sipping cocktails – although the restaurant’s huge wall of windows mean dining inside doesn’t disappoint either (and neither does its New England seafood menu). Boston’s silhouette can also be spied from many of the WiFi-enabled guest rooms, the Harborside Lounge, the StayFit™ Gym, and the West Lawn, where yoga often takes place. Mere moments (and a complimentary 24-hour shuttle ride) from the airport, the hotel has a boat dock behind it for harbour cruises and water taxi trips to downtown Boston.

I was very impressed with service offered by this hotel. The shuttle service to and from the hotel was timely and efficient. The staff was prompt and very courteous when I would request food or other needed items be delivered to the room. Great overall experience.

The staff was exceptional from the moment we arrived, so we left. With this magical site !!! You can easily find interesting discounts: hotelsdeals.ga The air conditioner does not work in our first room. We called and sent a repairman. The device has been frozen. The reception desk called and immediately moved us.

The Hotel overall is as you would expect from Hyatt. Well organised, clean, tidy and the staff are polite and helpfull, so all seems good............hmm not so much The hotel is an airport hotel, so I am guessing the majority of customers, will be airline passengers/staff that will be there for the evening/night with only a few hours to spend eating/drinking before sleeping. That was my scenario at least. The Bar & Restaurant are just too small for the volume of customers trying to use it. We waited about 30mins for something to open up at the Bar and in the end gave up and tried the adjoining Restaurant. Got a table after about 10mins waiting, due to a cancellation, but the tables are just too close together. As we sat down, the couple at the adjoining table joked, that we should move the 2 tables together, just to make it easier for everyone else. In the end, we gave up and got a taxi into Boston Town itself and ate there. Stayed up longer than planned, but had a very nice time nonetheless. In alll likelyhood, will not be going back, unless the deal is too good to turn down and I dont need to eat. Read less

The hotel has a wonderful view of the city and harbor where you can enjoy the sunset and evening lights of downtown along with a great restaurant and friendly staff. There is a lovely path at the water’s edge for an evening stroll.
