Hyatt Regency Boston Harbour

Boston, USA

The hotel

If you really want to ‘see’ Boston, a stay at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor delivers all the views you need. Skirting the waterfront, you’ll catch glimpses of Boston’s harbour and skyline at almost every turn. One of the best viewing points is the Harborside Grill’s patio, where you can spend evenings watching the city’s lights flickering on while sipping cocktails – although the restaurant’s huge wall of windows mean dining inside doesn’t disappoint either (and neither does its New England seafood menu). Boston’s silhouette can also be spied from many of the WiFi-enabled guest rooms, the Harborside Lounge, the StayFit™ Gym, and the West Lawn, where yoga often takes place. Mere moments (and a complimentary 24-hour shuttle ride) from the airport, the hotel has a boat dock behind it for harbour cruises and water taxi trips to downtown Boston.

Had a great stay and a beautiful view. Room and hotel personnel were excellent. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was good. The front desk offered advice on using the water taxis and overall was very helpful.

The hotel was clean and all staff members were professional yet able to provide a personal touch to complete the experience. The harbor view is beautiful and water taxi is literally right outside the back door. Guest services was extremely helpful during our stay. This was our first, but definitely not last, visit to Boston the the Hyatt.

We stayed the night in the Hyatt after barely meeting the midnight deadline to get into the US from Iceland during the Coronavirus border restriction. Check in was easy, we called the hotel shuttle and only waited about 20 minutes to get picked up, and the room was cozy and spacious. The highlight was ROOM SERVICE! First time in my and my husband's life that we ordered room service, and it was a great experience! The hotel staff was busy with orders since everyone was staying in, and was very helpful ensuring I had the correct menu and made ordering very easy. We were very pleased with our stay! Wish I would have spent the extra $20 to have the harbor view, but we were basically there to sleep and had to jump on a plane early the next morning to Dallas. Definitely recommended if you need to stay the night near the airport! Read less

Nice airport hotel but nothing particularly outstanding. The beds have this sheet/comforter thing that is somewhat confusing (and quite chilly). I booked a king bed but got a room with two queens. So i used both “comforters” and was fine. Reliable airport shuttle service with a great driver (very personable). Apparently the hotel is under… Read more
Nice airport hotel but nothing particularly outstanding. The beds have this sheet/comforter thing that is somewhat confusing (and quite chilly). I booked a king bed but got a room with two queens. So i used both “comforters” and was fine. Reliable airport shuttle service with a great driver (very personable). Apparently the hotel is under some sort of construction (I wasn’t aware of this when I booked) and the water is shut off for periods during the day. Certainly the harbor view from the room was lovely. I wish i had been here during the day to see it. Would stay here again when passing through. Read less

Front desk staff was pleasant and attentive, however, the restaurant service was unbelievably slow (we waited for 90 minutes to get any of our food) and the portions were small. The hotel also charged me to use the business center, even to turn on the computer. I have never seen another chain make that decision.
