Image of the Tripadvisor rating Modern hotel with excellent location

This newer hotel is located perfectly with short walks into downtown or around Seaport. The rooftop bar is quite popular on nicer days for cocktails and downtown view. Rooms are quite modern without a working desk but nice “Euro-style” bathroom.

Located in the popular seaport, the rooftop bar is a popular place to enjoy a drink and soak in the Boston views. With TVs you can also catch the game but the people watching is much more fun. That said, the security is very present and not afraid to make themselves seen as we witnessed the night we were there.

Location is absolutely ideal. That's all you're paying for. Rooms are basic. Certain rooms have dynamite views. But, don't expect any convenience: --no valet, no way to pull up and off load car --$40 a day to park even just for an hour, so don't plan to take your car out! --customer service skills severely lacking -- no problem solving, no… Read more

But, don't expect any convenience: --no valet, no way to pull up and off load car --$40 a day to park even just for an hour, so don't plan to take your car out! --customer service skills severely lacking -- no problem solving, no enthusiasm or welcoming. Stayed for a wedding weekend and everyone was flat faced and seeminly annoyed. --2 elevators in lobby are slow and always packed with people. --Can't access a friend staying on another floor without a key to their room. Very cumbersome for a wedding party/guest trying to hangout. --The "business center" is 2 computers in the lobby. The hotel is resting on their laurels of location and nothing else. If that's all you're looking for, great. But, if you're looking for a great experience try something else. Read less

Rooftop is sweet and and cool vibe. Food was ok, not wow wow. However the service was not awesome. Seemed a little bit of attitude and aloofness front some of front staff, others were nice, same with cleaning managers - so some inconsistencies and the shower was all plugged up/backs up quickly- for a $600 room that’s not cool.
