What a fantastic hotel. Great location, world class service and food to write home about. The room was large and comfortable with a great view. The staff at the rooftop bar was great. They were knowledgeable about their wines and offered us great options. Can’t wait to do it again

The staff was friendly and professional and was able to accommodate any request. We felt safe and confident that the staff provided all the necessary measures during COVID, and made sure everyone was wearing a mask. The location was perfect, walking distance to anything we wanted, and the parking was so convenient. I highly recommend this hotel. Read less

It's not always easy to find a dog-friendly hotel in the city, but the Envoy was welcoming, and even had a doggie dish waiting in our room. We had a lovely time up on the roof of the hotel with some drinks and very tasty apps....I especially recommend the friend plantain cakes with guacamole. Very friendly and accommodating staff, and you could tell that they were making every effort to maintain the expected health guidelines (masks, social distancing, etc.) . Overall an excellent stay!
