Near the waterfront in Boston's Seaport District, a short walk to the Financial District, Downtown, Boston Public Market and the Theatre District. Next door to One Seaport with shopping, dining and entertainment. Transfer time from Boston Logan International Airport: 15 minutes.

136 rooms and suites. All with air-conditioning, TV, iron and board, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Classic Rooms have either 1 king-size bed and partial water views, or 2 queen-size bed with city view, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with city views, and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

This has been the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, we didn’t want to leave. It’s so convenient, right off the highway and honestly its got it all! A restaurant and a rooftop bar, what more can you ask for? Will visit again, soon.

The Envoy property is in a great location with views of the Boston skyline looking over the Fort Point Channel on the edge of the Seaport District. Great room and amenities. The roof top Lookout bar is a lot of fun.

Was not greeted as a valued member, was not offered and upgrade, requested a room away from the elevated and the room was next to the elevator, each time I tried to enter the room with the keycard it did not work the first time and sometimes even after making a new card it did not work, not once in 6 or 7 attempts to someone apologize for the inconvenience, simply made and new card and said here you go, not gold elite customer service or for a "5" star hotel Had a drink at the bar and was going to order food but after I was given my drink the bartenders never checked back in to see if I wanted anything else but continued to talk to the other 5 staff members about non work related things. The room was clean, new, modern and very comfortable. I appreciated the view and the well lit rooms. The bathroom was enormous and well lit., which is unusual. Very nice hotel and quite spacious and modern. Receptionist was very friendly and professional. Room well lit and comfortable as well as nice complimentary bottles of water and illy coffee and coffee machine. I do want to draw your attention to the reservation process however. I had booked this reservation for New Year’s Eve initially but had to cancel it because my wife not feeling well due to pregnancy. I went on my bonvoy app and was only given the option to cancel but couldn’t modify the reservation so I canceled it. Turns out I didn’t get my money back and so I called on the day my reservation was booked for and was told that I wouldn’t get my money because it was a pre paid reservation although there was no special or discounted price I had benefited from. After I raised concern about the fact that my room was in fact resold as I couldn’t book it again they suggested I called the hotel directly which I did but only to receive poor service from the hotel manager and best I could do after much negotiation was to rebook the room . Turned out I received a standard queen room with no view as compared to king ocean view I had paid for. So bonvoy members be cautious and others as well and make sure you read the fine print before you book here. I plan to speak to the GM and perhaps change my review after if deserved to. Read less
