First let me start by saying check in was pleasant, our room 518 had a great view of the city and water. The room was beautiful, clean and what you would expect for a top notch hotel. Great hotel with a great staff. The rooms were clean and the location was walking distance to restaurants. Special shout out to Rebecca Strauss who was so kind during our stay and took the extra steps in making sure service was extraordinary!

My five friends and I stayed at the Envoy Hotel this past weekend to ring in one of the girl's 26th birthday. It was so much fun. The staff was so helpful with planning the weekend and putting us together on the same floor. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for the weekend. We also went up to the Lookout Rooftop and got an Ice Box for Saturday afternoon. It was so warm in the private box (which overlooked the most gorgeous view of Boston) and such a fun, Covid-safe activity. The check in/out was smooth and the staff even let us keep our bags downstairs (after check out) while we spent Sunday afternoon at brunch. I highly recommend everyone to choose the Envoy for your next stay in Seaport. It was also close to everything, so we spent the whole weekend walking from one place to the next (we had no need for a car). All and all, it was an 11/10 experience. Thank you to the Envoy for making my friend's birthday weekend so special. We will definitely be back! Read less

Amazing hotel - fab location and outstanding customer service. Rooms are immaculate, spacious and comfy/cool. Rooftop is awesome. Almost don't want to share it so it doesn't get overbooked - it's a great hotel!
