If it weren't for the conference, I could have stayed in my room all day. Two pools to enjoy and a hot tub. I hadn't seen security. Someone accidently dropped a glass in the pool area. Four security people were there before we could blink. Where did they come from? Who cares? I was glad they were there. Plenty of restaurants nearby but the Cooper Hawk Winery & Restaurant attached to the hotel was the best. You won't be disappointed. Read less

Good place was out of control with the convention center I was not able to use any of the amenities due to the drunk crowd around the pool throwing up everywhere and drugs.. I have stayed here before was not like this. Would be nice for the hotel to offer me something for that waste of money on that weekend..

The only complaint that I have is the two rooms that I had didnt have any power on the headboard side of the room. Usually when we complain about something someone shows up within 10 to 15 min. Security came to the room and ask about some lost and found. She said she was calling someone to fix the power but no one showed up the whole weekend.

This hotel might have been a nice spot in 1985. Check in was fast and courteous. The reception area was inviting and modern. The rooms, however are anything but comfortable. Ours was a very small, old fashioned hotel room with double beds. The walls are painted stucco and the floors were vinyl plank flooring which I guess is necessary in Florida humidity but not at all comfortable. Beds were comfortable and clean, but that’s about all I can say. The door opened to the outside and we could hear other doors slamming shut until 2am. The shower was a trickle. There are very few outlets, no refrigerator, no desk...just an old, tiny simple room. It’s fine if that’s all you need but for the price paid, it was awful. I was mistaken, thinking this was another Wyndham property so I thought I was getting a good price but was sadly disappointed. For the price I paid, there was a Holiday Inn Express a few blocks away that I’m sure was nicer. Also, there was a convention there (anime...unfortunately) and on Saturday there were zero parking spots. And, I do mean literally zero parking spots. I had to jump the curb and park on a patch of grass as did dozens of other guests. Read less

The only issue I really had was our check in. The hotel knew there was a big huge group checking in on this day but yet we all had to wait a great deal of time, after the original check in time to actually get a room. Check in time was at 4 and I got my room at 5:30. Also the tub in my room was old and dingy looking with some chips.
