Please note: there will be 2 outside run events taking place at this hotel. The first, is a fabulous eccentric colourful party being held throughout the hotel from the 2nd to the 4th June 2023.The second, a lively festival of electronic dance music will take place around the hotel from the 8th to the 11th June 2023.Both events will have live amplified music throughout the resort, including around the lobby area, pool & pool area,​ and the Gatorville Restaurant. The partying is expected to continue throughout the night. This may not be suitable for children.

The service was horrible, the staff was incredibly unhelpful anytime a student asked for assistance for the slightest issue. I stayed for a student convention and they were incredibly unprepared and unreliable. The service was horrible, the staff was incredibly unhelpful anytime a student asked for assistance for the slightest issue. I stayed for a student convention and they were incredibly unprepared and unreliable. They had no rooms allocated for luggage when they knew we were checking out early and decided not to do their job. I asked multiple staff members and received the same attitude. I was walking around for more than half an hour being given the wrong directions and zero help. I Would STRONGLY not recommend staying here at all. The rooms were also scummy and there were beg bugs and pee and blood stains on the sheets. Read less

Very comfortable resort and room thank you. Loved the pool, the breakfast and the bar in the evening. Hazel at bar was delightful. Location close to my golfing at Mystic Dunes perfect. Dinner nearby at Angus Steak House also perfect. Loved my stay thank you.

I was concerned because of the reviews but our room turns out to be a good value for the money. It was clean, no smells inside, room has a balcony for morning coffee. One reason I gave it 3 star is because the hallway smells like weed entire time we were there, but our building was quite so we were ok once we got inside our room. We had a good sleep without any disturbances. Front desk person was quick to check in and out, no issues with customer service. Read less

The bed was very comfy! The hotel was very close to Universal Studios, but also within walking distance of Icon Park, and lots of other fun experiences. The grounds were very nice, with two pools and a hot tub right in the center of things. It was definitely a little dated, but there has been renovation and we had everything we needed.
