Family Suites have 2 double beds or 1 king-size bed and an extended area with bunk beds, sleeping maximum 4 adults and 2 children.

Please note: there will be 2 outside run events taking place at this hotel. The first, is a fabulous eccentric colourful party being held throughout the hotel from the 2nd to the 4th June 2023.The second, a lively festival of electronic dance music will take place around the hotel from the 8th to the 11th June 2023.Both events will have live amplified music throughout the resort, including around the lobby area, pool & pool area,​ and the Gatorville Restaurant. The partying is expected to continue throughout the night. This may not be suitable for children.

This is the absolute most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. Once you leave the lobby it is a complete nightmare. The rooms smell like mildew, the bathroom was filthy, the tub was dirty. We were shown 4 rooms and each room was a disaster. There were bugs, damaged furniture, and doors that didn't lock. This place should be closed immediately and… Read more
This is the absolute most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. Once you leave the lobby it is a complete nightmare. The rooms smell like mildew, the bathroom was filthy, the tub was dirty. We were shown 4 rooms and each room was a disaster. There were bugs, damaged furniture, and doors that didn't lock. This place should be closed immediately and I feel so bad for the staff there. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. My family didn't even unpack our luggage because we knew we wouldn't be staying in this dump. Read less

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff is nice enough however, the facility is disgusting! There should be a minimum standard for any hotel and this doesn’t meet it. My wife and I stayed for the weekend for our six month Anniversary. The Resort was very nice and the Entire Staff from the front desk to the Housekeepers and the Gatorville Restaurant were all awesome!

Would prefer a fully comforter but still a wonderful visit also I love love loveeee my view and I also wished I looked at the accommodations list throughly because I didn’t know breakfast had to be paid for.
