The hotel

Great hotel and staff are wonderful. Very helpful when checking in cause I pay with cash. Room was very clean and spacious. Parking was easy and staff did a great job with food for convention.

We did not rent a car since the location close to the Metro station. While the location is conveniently near the Washington Dulles Airport, it is in a business park and a bit far from other restaurants and stores. Thank goodness for my ride share app! The hotel has a bus service to the airport, which is very convenient, but I wish they had service to the Metro, which is a 10-15 minute walk, depending how fast you can walk. I really hate calling the ride share for short rides like this. This is where I wish there were regular cabs in the area. Regardless, I still recommend the Hyatt. Read less

My dining experience here was wonderful! I had breakfast in the restaurant twice. The service was pleasant and well done each time. Ana and Blanca were the servers, and they were caring, efficient, and friendly. They seem to enjoy their jobs.
