This is a really lovely hotel located near the Lincoln Memorial. I especially loved the rainfall shower in my room. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping to the valet team was very helpful and friendly.

A wonderful and relaxing stay at the park Hyatt. Enjoyed dinner at the Blue Duck Tavern and breakfast by the fountain in morning. All the food was delicious and excellent service. The hotel staff was very attentive throughout my stay.

Stayed for only 1 night. Booked a Park suite and was "upgraded" to a Park executive suite at check-in. Our 1st room didn't seem to have working AC. It was 85 degrees in the room an hour or so after we checked in. Called the desk and said that someone would come take a look but an hour later that hadn't happened and went to the desk and changed rooms. Asked for a room with a balcony (as our 1st room had) and was told the room had a balcony. It did not. Asked about this and was told that the only other rooms with balconies were a different suite category. OK, but hotel wasn't busy and thought they should have been able to put us in one of these. The manager contacted us the next day and explained that these rooms were occupied so that made more sense. Room was large with a huge couch and nice, comfortable bed with good linen and good pillows. The neighborhood is not close to the DC attractions (Smithsonian, White House, the Mall, etc) but does have nice shops and good restaurants and a lot of other hotels. We had dinner and breakfast in the Blue Duck and both were excellent. Check-out was good, staff were all friendly and courteous and managements was very responsive. Overall, a good hotel Read less
