I've stayed at this hotel several times and always have a great experience. From the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone is an absolute professional. The renovated rooms are incredible. Location is perfect. Finda on the cleaning staff and Omar at the restaurant are particularly great. 10/10

All of the staff I encountered on my recent three-night stay were outstanding, including the front desk, housekeeping, dining and bar staff. Omar in the Cherry dining room at Breakfast was particularly helpful. Of course, the location is great. Not a better spot in the city. My only complaint was the noise transfer from the adjacent room (you could hear even normal volume conversations!). I believe this was the result of a bad choice by the architect who designed the renovation (from the old Hotel Washington) who decided to cut a niche in the wall to accommodate the bed and make the very small room I was in feel a little bigger (it didn't help much). All that did was reduce (eliminate) the void in the wall space between the rooms which any sound engineer will tell you is essential to sound transfer reduction. Bad choice. Bring your white noise app! Anyway, can't blame that on the hotel staff! They were great. Read less

I didn't get her name but she brought up my food when I arrived late my first night- she was so sweet and friendly and kind. Dinner in the restaurant was good although they brought me the wrong dish I appreciated the recovery. Small elevators though so only a couple people could fit. Great location!!! Wish I was staying longer to take advantage of their other services. Read less
