We decided to bring our family back to Washington DC for a family vacation. The W hotel was perfect for our family of five. The staff, amenities, cost, and location are the best around. The housekeeper, Irene Lemos, truly made our stay the best with her welcoming attitude and happy personality. In past trips to Washington, we have stayed at different properties and they all have been great, but the W hotel has all the best of everything they have all in one place. We highly recommend this hotel. Read less

I had the pleasure of staying at The W during my recent work trip to DC. The hotel staff were on point and handled my every need. The rooms are modernized and spacious. The location is walking distance to the National Mall. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful and funky, this was the perfect hotel for my teenage daughter and me. Excellent location to walk to the sites, and Old Ebbit Grill only 2 doors down for a fantastic meal! The rooftop has amazing views and a fun bar! Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel, too!

This review is for Soraya at Bliss Spa. Hands down the best wax of my life. I've been a regular of hers for a while now and I've never had anything less than excellent service. There's a reason this is the busiest and most popular spa in the city! Go - you won't regret it!

A friend and I stayed here one night in a weekend trip to DC. The location was perfect for us, close to so much in the city. The front desk staff were very welcoming and when they had no double bed rooms, which is what we booked, they made sure we were happy and offered two rooms at no extra charge. We didn’t want separate rooms, so we said we’d just take one of the queen bed rooms. Instead, we were given a king bed room and a food credit for the hotel restaurants. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. One thing we wish we’d known about having a single bed is that the shower in these rooms is a barely frosted glass that can anyone in the room can see whoever is in the shower. The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because for such a nice hotel, the bed was not the quality I’d expect. The pillowtop mattress seemed aged as it sagged on both sides and wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. Other than that, we had a great experience at the W. Read less
