133 spacious rooms and suites. All with relaxation areas and a sofa, kitchenette with microwave, stove and fridge, floor to ceiling windows, air conditioning, complimentary WiFi access. LCD flat-screen television or smart TV, coffee maker, and bathroom amenities.

Deluxe Rooms, with mid-century-inspired furnishings, have 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults. Some of these rooms feature a balcony with views of the inner courtyard's live wall vertical gardens.

Superior Rooms are larger insize, with 1 king-size bed and a sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. Some of these rooms feature a balcony with views of the inner courtyard's live wall vertical gardens. 

Junior Suites feature a modern metallic partition that separates the living area and the bedroom, with 1 king-size bed and sofa bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

One Bedroom Residences feature a separate living/dining room, and bedroom with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 3 people.

One Bedroom Loft Residences feature a mezzanine level with 1 king-size bed, and a full bathroom, whilst the downstairs level consists of a living/dining area and half bathroom, sleeping maximum 4 people. The loft residences are part of the Epic collection.

Epic Collection Rooms: include access to a range of exclusive discounts within the resort.

LOLA (rooftop restaurant with spectacular views). Mercatto (Traditional Italian food, open for breakfast and dinner). Cantina El Tigre (Tequila bar with tapas bites). Fives Rooftop (serving salads, ceviche's and grilled seafood, open for lunch and dinner). Marley Coffee (bakery).

Booked two ocean view king suites and was not disappointed. This is my fifth time staying and absolutely love staying here because the staff is fantastic and the location to 5th. Booked two ocean view king suites and was not disappointed. This is my fifth time staying and absolutely love staying here because the staff is fantastic and the location to 5th. If a Diamond member don’t count on an upgrade. Book the room you want from the start m. I have never personally, nor have I heard about any diamond members ever receiving an upgrade at this location. As a diamond member, you will receive free breakfast, which consist of a very light continental breakfast at the coffee shop. They also have a happy hour for Hilton Honors members between 5-6pm at the bar. It’s a really good happy hour and basically includes everything on the menu as far as drinks. Read less

We arrived late in the evening for a one-night stay in late November 2023. Check-in was relatively straightforward and we slept well in the very comfortable room. We arrived late in the evening for a one-night stay in late November 2023. Check-in was relatively straightforward and we slept well in the very comfortable room. Everything was very clean and we had a partial view of the ocean from our room. Breakfast was a little lackluster but filling and the staff was very helpful in directing us to the ferry depot to get to Cozumel. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay but didn't have much time to enjoy the rooftop pool (which has a great view) or any of the other amenities. We would definitely stay here again. Read less

Overall not a good experience especially in comparison to the cost. Here is why: - Check in procedure is painfully slow. Staff at check in is not forthcoming at all - “Oceanview” room actually looks onto abandoned ugly parking lot. View in other directions from roof top is even worse (see pictures) - Breakfast for Hilton Gold/Platinum members… Read more
Overall not a good experience especially in comparison to the cost. Here is why: - Check in procedure is painfully slow. Staff at check in is not forthcoming at all - “Oceanview” room actually looks onto abandoned ugly parking lot. View in other directions from roof top is even worse (see pictures) - Breakfast for Hilton Gold/Platinum members consists of typical cheap scrambled eggs that taste like Hampton Inn and some kind of tortillas mixed with sauce. Coffee that is literally undrinkable bitter, Juice and nothing else, not even cream cheese - All lounge chairs on roof top are disgustingly dirty and worn (see pictures) - room (1 bedroom with jacuzzi) has nice design but is small and not very clean, a lot of dust everywhere. - No service on roof top pool - Elevator seems to have maintenance issues, one time it started shaking and stopped shortly in the ride - very scary! - Staff at roof top pool does not speak any English - Front desk not reachable by phone at night On positive side is the central location and the nice pool on the roof top which was not too crowded on weekdays Read less

The hotel is pretty and close to mostly everything you wanted to see in Playa. Highly recommend. The staffs are so nice and very accomodating. And for upgrading my room and making my birthday extra special. Thank you.

Had a wonderful stay, and Christina at the front desk was so helpful and so nice! The staff helped us with all our needs throughout the stay. It’s truly an amazing hotel and the staff is always there for you, give you local recommendations, and make sure you’re taken care off. Big shout out to Rolando and others as well! We’ll come back!
