The Strip, Las Vegas

The hotel

Take some time out at this quiet sanctuary, just steps from the Las Vegas Strip. You really do have the best of both worlds here. The hotel itself is immaculate and in a great location. Not on the strip but just a touch off it but you have so many different casino options within 150 yards. The best part about the Westin is you have to do very little walking inside the hotel like you do with the humungous casino resorts. We will definitely be returning based on service, location and cleanliness. The bed was awesome. Read less

great hotel, just on the edge of everyting going on, literally a 5 minuite walk to to all the fab casino hotels, bellagio, cesars palace, flamingo etc, we went in them all and watched the fountains dance to music. Teh night time receptionists wasnt very helpful, no information given just our room key and a point to the lifts, next morning feeling completely refreshed from our lovely room with a view of the big wheel we went to the reception that had daytime staff on, the receptionist was lovely, sorry i cant remember her name but she was really helpful, nothing like the night staff, we explained when we had arrived and was given no info, so she said it wasnt acceptable and explained about the whiskey tasting class that we could go to late afternoon each day, a free sweet each day. and offered us a complementary breakfast for the next day, as this wasnt included in our package, so the next morning we enjoyed a lovely buffet breakfast, lots of choices, all the info we needed as in directions to the main strip and where not to walk late into the night, (dark, unlit shortcuts}, all in all a brilliant hotel, lovely and clean, no casino so was lovely and quiet, we would definately stay here again. Thankyou Westin Las Vegas.... Read less

They made our one night stay very special and memorable. Not only did they upgrade our room, they also provided for a few special surprises. The hotel is very nice, rooms extremely clean and comfortable. More importantly was the customer service experience we received. I highly recommend this hotel and will plan to stay there again. 2 days with no hot water and all we get from hotel staff is lies. Will not be back. I know we are in the desert but this is ridiculous for a supposedly good hotel, and where are all the managers- hiding in their offices
