So happy to be waking up here this morning! The hotel was so accommodating, we were dropped off at their door looking for a room at 1:30 in the morning (family emergency, ER trip) and Carlos could not have been kinder. We booked a city view room. We checked in. Went to the room. The room has no view. The windows were right by the top of the roof with vents between two buildings. We booked a city view room. We checked in. Went to the room. The room has no view. The windows were right by the top of the roof with vents between two buildings. Went downstairs and told them room has no view. The receptionist said city view rooms were sold out. We have no options. So what’s the point of booking a room you wanted online but they won’t have it? So they can charge you more and give you a less room? Total scam! Paid $721.20 for a tiny room right next to the roof vent. Horrible hospitality. Read less

I loved this hotel so much! Very friendly staff, loved the front desk, Janelle. Very easy to talk to and easy to set us up reservations. Valet was cool too! Every employee we met during our stay was awesome. Definitely Recommend and will be back!

Reserved a handicap accessible room for my 90 year old grandpa and was not provided this. Ruined his trip to San Francisco, could not shower. Can't really switch hotels last minute in this city, occupation is usually very high.

This is a nice hotel and I've stayed here before, but be warned: the website is extremely deceptive, bordering on fraud. It clearly states "complimentary valet parking daily" but not when you book a room , unless you book the correct package.
