Good size rooms for New York in a good location 10 mins walk to Times Square. Heating in Room seemed to be fixed so couldn’t turn up when it was very cold. Helpful staff. Restaurant closed when we visited so cannot comment on this. Nice to have swimming pool facilities. Coffee available in lobby but would obviously prefer if coffee maker in room.

The manager of this hotel is aggressive, confrontational and has no concept of customer service. We complained about the lifts not working due to having a disabled person in our party. He wasnt interested, shouted at us, made my 9 year old daughter cry. He told us "we'd be sorry when he kicked us out" he was so intimidating and just kept coming… Read more

My kids and me couldn’t sleep even after 11.30 pm. Neighboring room guests were noisy and uncivilized. They were definitely too many in one room (7/8 kids and 4/5adults) and kept door open whole day and night. There was no decency to reduce noises after complains and hotel offered us new room at 11.30 pm. I have 7&2 year old children. With 3 days… Read more

There was no decency to reduce noises after complains and hotel offered us new room at 11.30 pm. I have 7&2 year old children. With 3 days worth stuff in the room - how practical is it to move at that time of the night? I must have complained 3 times but guest services were not responsive or did anything to stop this rooms madness. Leaving this hotel the first thing in the morning. Never coming back ever. Beware of this when you plan to book. Read less
