This hotel is an extension of Grand Central Station. A luxurious and comfortable hotel for a good price. I had room 1202 a deluxe king. A good bed, neat and clean, enough space and a normal bathroom with toilet. Coffee machine with supplements every day and socket with USB by the bed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My mother and I stayed at Iberostar for one night prior to a cruise. Our room was spacious (for NY…), modern and clean – and surprisingly quiet during the night. The bed was comfortable, and WiFi fast and reliant. We also got a complimentary bottle of red wine, which was a nice touch. The hotel is very central, only a few minutes’ walk from Grand… Read more

We spent five nights at this hotel as pat of a longer trip to US (we were in SF beforehand). We visited in late March 2022. On arrival, the staff were lovely enough to upgrade us to a junior suite, which we were very happy about. The room faced Park Avenue (I believe the other side of the hotel can offer views of the Empire State Building). The room had lots of space and was well decorated. The were no coffee making facilities in the room and this is the only negative thing we have to say about the hotel. Staff were friendly and very professional and took all our request seriously. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathtub had a jacuzzi-like system to help you relax (which we used every night to warm up, given that New York was still very cold at the end of March when we were there). The hotel provides plenty towels and shower gel/shampoo, etc. Though there was some noise from other guests, mainly when they were in the corridors, this was not bad enough for us to raise it with staff. I did use earplugs a couple of nights, but this was more of a preventative measure. The hotel is located very close to Grand Central Station and the subway. There is a Starbuck Cafe about 3min walk from the hotel, which opened at 5.30am and which we visited every morning before exploring the city. There was no noise from traffic, though we were on the 7th floor. We would consider returning to this hotel in future trips. Read less

We stayed for five nights the hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and extra nice with the location in a great position. Bathroom was ok but small no plug for the bath but very clean. Had to ask for a kettle and cups for tea they only gave plastic cup not great. But yes would stay there again overall good hotel👍😀👍
