222 rooms and suites. All with air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, iPod docking, bathroom amenities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, and in-room yoga mat. 

Standard King Rooms are 275 sq ft, with high ceilings and large windows, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Two Queen rooms, sleeping maximum 4 adults. 

PRINT (seasonal, sustainable cuisine, open for dinner). PRINT Provisions (market offering grab and go items from 8am-8pm daily). The Press Lounge (rooftop bar serving cocktails, wines and small plates). Evening wine hour.

Try to avoid lower floor rooms due to traffic noise, I had a truck parked with running engine under my window for several hours and I couldn't sleep. Hotel offered me another room as they had no control over who is parked on the road.

Upon arrival on Sunday evening, the hotel told us that they had given the room to a group because it was the better deal for them (they wanted to accommodate a whole group on short notice). They stated they had called, which was not true because I had no missing calls from the hotel Ink48 during the flight. They gave us 4 alternative hotels for which they would pay for the cost. However, we did not like these (all hotels that had a reputation but were very much aging) because they were not in the style of the Ink48 hotel (modern and fresh). Also, they did not cover any additional costs for cab or extra expenses for another hotel of our choice. We found the hotel's behavior to be extremely anti-social and unprofessional. Guests arriving from overseas for a week getting a cancellation from the hotel at 20h in the evening after a 10 hour flight just because they can earn more on the hotel room with another group - shame on you Hotel Ink48. What a shameful behavior. And so rude. We had additional costs of over 300.-, which we have to pay ourselves. NEVER NEVER NEVER again the Ink48 Hotel! I have never experienced anything more unprofessional (...and I travel a lot...). People in NYC told us that this is a very atypical behavior for a hotel, normally they would at most cancel a room for 1 night, but not a booked room for 7 nights! Shame on you Hotel Ink48! Read less

They double booked the room and had to rebook us at Sheraton, which they forgot! Multiple people at the front desk told us this reservation is done until we made it to Sheraton, where the front desk people had no idea that we have a reservation there! Multiple people at the front desk told us this reservation is done until we made it to Sheraton, where the front desk people had no idea that we have a reservation there! We called Ink48 but ended up talking to an operator at a different location who refused to give us a confirmation number or directly connect us to the front desk. We had to uber back to Ink48 only realizing that they never made the reservation at Sheraton and just did it there after we showed up. We lost half a day of our vacation because of these people! They were extremely rude and not helpful. They would give incorrect and conflicting information throughout our stay, and caused us so much headache. I don't recommend this place to my enemy! I booked two Hudson suites ahead of time and prepaid those rooms received confirmation for both suites drive 5 hours to the hotel and guess what front desk telling me they have only one since they over sold it ??? This hotel happily took our money weeks ago (nonrefundable booking), and upon check in said oops, we don't have room for the last 2 days of your trip. They transferred us for the last 2 days of our trip to some other hotel. This hotel happily took our money weeks ago (nonrefundable booking), and upon check in said oops, we don't have room for the last 2 days of your trip. They transferred us for the last 2 days of our trip to some other hotel. If having us check out and check in on a day in the middle of our trip (effectively losing half of that day) is not bad enough, we had to deal with the most incompetent staff here, who just make empty promises. We were promised on our check in that they'll arrange everything so we just show up to the other hotel and they'd take us in. Big mistake on our part to take them at their word. We showed up to the other hotel who didn't know we exist. We went back and forth (Ubers each way on our own dime), because they're not responsive on the phone, only to find out they hadn't made the reservation at the new hotel yet. Not a single person ever apologized to us at this hotel, as if it's their right to do whatever they want; on the other hand, when we tried to warn another guest at the reception (who was also being routed to some other hotel) about our experience, the manager got mad at us for talking to other guests. Terrible experience all around. Stay away! Read less
