Ink 48 is a real find...spacious rooms by NYC standards, tasteful and trendy decor, very clean and well maintained, all at a reasonable price. The restaurant and lounge has good service and an elegant, intimate feel. Loved being near the Hudson, with terrific room views from the upper floors. And the rooftop view of the city is AMAZING, perhaps… Read more

We were kindly upgraded from a junior suite to a Hudson suite which had gorgeous waterfront views and a huge bathroom. DK at the front desk was an excellent host during our stay. While Sunday brunch was not available at The Print restaurant, we were directed to an excellent brunch restaurant Mom’s kitchen a couple of blocks away. Highly recommend… Read more

We stayed here because our travel agent decided this was a suitable alternative to Hilton Metropolitan. This wasn’t by choice. They charge you resort fees, it’s certainly not a resort. The bath plug leaked so you could really only have a bath with running water. Staff ignored requests to get this fixed. The front door it so heavy it’s… Read more

The bath plug leaked so you could really only have a bath with running water. Staff ignored requests to get this fixed. The front door it so heavy it’s difficult to get in with luggage. There is a member of staff who will open the door, but they only open one of them. The location isn’t that good. A good 15 minutes to the nearest tube. We said we didn’t need a full room clean, took fresh towels yet received a call from reception saying why did you reject room service. Shouldn’t have to justify cleaning our room ourselves, saves water! The safe stopped working. Took 3 calls to get some one out to fix it. Our travel agent agreed to pay the resort fees. Checked out advising nothing to pay yet have charged $500 in resort fees. Hotel have ignored all messages and request for guidance. Will never be using this hotel again. Read less

I payed for a terrace suite and they put me in a small room with no sofa or desk or any of the things shown in the pictures online. Then I tried to order a movie to watch on demand and it wasn't working they spent the entire day sending an engineer to the room disturbing our privacy and we still never got to watch a movie. Please do yourselves the favor and pick a different place don't make the same mistake I did. Never coming back here again Read less

Excellent value for money. Close to Time’s Square and its madness, without being too close. Quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, an amazing bakery less than a 2 minute walk away and close to theatre. Didn’t take a taxi or public trans the entire weekend. Easy walk to Central Park, Broadway, 5th Ave, etc. Rooms were very clean, had a great… Read more
