I am writing to warn guests of this hotel. Whilst staying at this hotel. I am writing to warn guests of this hotel. Whilst staying at this hotel. I had my beloved Louis vuitton pouch stolen from inside of a never fall louis vuitton bag, which is a clutch purse attached to the never fall bag itself. I wish I had put the entire bag into the safe but sadly left it in my bedroom on the floor thinking it would be safe. How wrong I was! This bag was so sentimental to me the way the hotel.dealt with this was atrocious to say the least left me sitting in reception for hours.they made me feel as though I.had fabricated the whole story by saying it was an accusation without any evidence to back it up. They have the ability to check their cameras and did not provide me with an update, I had to request this twice. I just sat for hours waiting on an update no apology no details of what would happen when I leave that was it. I have no choice than to leave this review out of sheer unha6anout the way I have been treated.the Directot of front of house just left a business card and that was it. No indication of what steps to take of reimbursement as my property has been stolen from the hotel, he has a responsibility to provide an explanation and what steps will be taken to reim6me for my bag!PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE Read less

Love this hotel, 2 minutes from Times Square 2 minutes from hell’s kitchen ( lots of bars and eateries here) theaters outside the hotel and all around, subway close by and tour buses. Brilliant helpful staff and the most comfortable bed ever to help relaxing after all the walking you do. Will be back to a Paramount for sure!!!

This was our second visit to this loverly eloquent chic hotel. On arrival we were met with a smile and pleasantly greeted by the door staff. The check in was both very quick and undertaken by a very pleasant gentleman at the reception desk. This was really pleasing after a long tiring journey. We were allocated a room on the 15 floor (no 1505). From the very first instance we felt entirely safe and secure and were really impressed at the cleanliness of the lobby lifts and corridors within the Paramount. On entering our room we found it to be quite spacious with a king size bed a lot of luggage space TV telephone and in room safe. The bathroom was again very adequate for our 4 night stay. The hygiene standards are very high at this hotel and we found the bed and bed linen to be exceptionally comfortable and very clean. The hotel is superbly located for using all forms of transport in New York and Broadway shows. More importantly you can easily walk to a lot of New York attractions. Central Park between 20 to 30 min walk, Empire State again betwee 20 to 30 mins walk. Maceys, Grand Central Station 5th Ave for shopping and many others are within easy walking distance. As it very close to Hells Kitchen you will certainly not be short of places to eat. Can't wait to revisit this beautiful charming safe secure and more importantly very clean hotel. Read less

Lobby is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Cafe breakfast is awesome and cheaper than most places outside of hotel. Room is small but it’s New York don’t expect huge rooms. We had 2 twins and it was perfect if you didn’t bring a ton of stuff. Our room was cleaned crazy fast and the one day we stayed in they called and asked if we still… Read more

Our room was cleaned crazy fast and the one day we stayed in they called and asked if we still wanted room cleaned which I thought was nice. Bathroom is super tiny only 1 person at a time and shower takes about 5 minutes to heat up. Read less

The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. The bar downstairs was very acceptable -- nice bartender and, by New York prices, reasonable. Location is close to a lot of the action downtown. (Hamilton was across the street.)
