Gave in and went to reception, long wait in line, finally got someone to fix. Breakfast is a poor experience too. The only good bits, fast elavator and the bag store was well organized, with friendly team. I would not stay again. Many other NYC hotels to try and some must be better. Read less

Carpet very worn. Bathroom small but nice. Pillows more like baby throw pillows. Heating and air didn’t work for four days. All sick by the time we left no offer from hotel to make things right. Very disappointed.
