Dirty room. Long line for check in! Awful view. No refrigerator, no hair dryer, no closet! And the corridors are hardly wide for a luggage.never recommend. For 2 nights costs 620 dollars doesnt worth at all and will never choose it again. Nothing compare to 4 star hotel!

Loved the location. Hotel was clean. There was always a cleaning lady on our floor so if we needed anything we could easily walk out and ask. Staff was friendly. No issues what so ever. Definitely will be back

Great location near Times Square. The room was rather dirty. There were stains in the sheets and dirt on the walls. Dirty hotel hallways as well. The value of the room was pretty good for the location but didn’t make up for the dirt. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Overall, the hotel was very nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable, with hot running water and blackout blinds. What we strongly disliked was that our room was located directly opposite the 4 elevators A-D and there has been no efforts to soundproof the rooms. This meant we could hear every person coming up and down the elevators throughout the day and night. Secondly, the air conditioning came on during the night and was so loud it woke up both up several times, despite us turning it off. Thirdly, the elevators really need to have a better schedule. 8 elevators and we were often left waiting 10+ minutes for one to arrive, and often stopping at several floors on the way down even when the elevator was full with people. I can't believe that the most efficient method of elevator scheduling is used here. I note that this hotel is a 4 star, and that is why the above negatives are written. Had the hotel been given a 3 star rating I would have genuinely accepted the above negatives of our stay. However, I strongly expected more from a 4 star hotel. We would come back but would recommend they soundproof the rooms near the elevators as well as arranging their elevators more efficiently. Read less

Great location. Close to a ton of bars and restaurants. Close to Broadway. Close to time Square. Good customer service. Clean rooms. Express checkout was refreshing. Doorman was helpful in organizing a cab to John F Kennedy Airport when we left.
