Great location toTime Square but the hotel wasn't welcoming. You enter into the hotel and you aren't greeted by a bellman however an elevator and steps. No signs on where to go and you have to figure it out. Oh and the elevator situation was not explained, make sure you ask as they probably won't tell you. I would say that it´s a very good 3 stars hotel where everything works very well (from the lifts to the service to keep your luggage). Has all the good and bad things of being located in the heart of Manhattan.

I don’t even know where to start with this review but if you don’t read anything else just know: DON’T STAY HERE! For beginners, the customer service is unmatched- meaning I haven’t had worse service than here. Let me tell you some examples. 1. It was getting pretty cold during our visit and when we asked for the heat, they said it has to be a certain temperature outside for them to turn on the heat which is totally understandable. But when asking an employee about this, he proceeded to argue and walk away from my room when I was asking what the policy was. When asking for blankets, they brought us towels (I’m still confused). 2. When asking for extra towels (because they only supplied two sets) it took them 1.5. days to get it to us. 3. I needed a band aid and when I asked the employee responded “Hold on let me check, I think we are out”. When she came back she said “I’m sorry we’re low”. So I asked confused “low or out?” Because in my head that’s two different things. She proceed to say they were out but I can check the store. So my question is, what if I had a gaping cut and needed a first aid kit. Then what...? 4. The main elevators weren’t working and we were instructed to use the service elevators. And based on the reaction of guest staying there long before us, they hadn’t been working for awhile. So my question is, why were we paying the facility fee? 5. I’m so thankful my guest and I were playing tourist and not in the room a lot because this hotel had the potential to ruin the trip. 6. The bar staff was the rudest I’ve ever encountered and I’m going to leave that there. If you want to feel overlooked and disrespected then go to the bar and get serviced. Overall, I clearly don’t recommend this hotel. Period. Read less

Excellent staff attention. Very attentive and helpful. Very good facilities, all very clean and neat. The room was just the right size (something small, but with everything you need). Excellent location, one block from the Times Square, one from the subway.
