We stayed in CPTS for 4 nights and had the best time. We were able to walk to so many big attractions. Staff were so friendly and helpful but especially Trevis who made us and our children feel so welcome. He gave us so many tips/advice for our trips out and we just loved him. My children miss him already. Thanks again Trevis

People like Rahl made for another great experience. Not only was his service great, but his attitude and caring for customers reflect the overall professionalism of the Crown. He deserves more than a five star rating. Overall another wonderful weekend at a first class hotel. Well managed and exceeds your expectations. I would highly recommend. … Read more

To begin. This hotel is centrally located across from the M&M world in Times Square. Great location and easy to get around to subways, and stores. Check in process was great and efficient (be aware if you book third party they put a hold of $75/night on a credit card. Otherwise it was wonderful. Our room was good. To begin. This hotel is centrally located across from the M&M world in Times Square. Great location and easy to get around to subways, and stores. Check in process was great and efficient (be aware if you book third party they put a hold of $75/night on a credit card. Otherwise it was wonderful. Our room was good. Bed was comfortable, shower clean and towels refreshed. Only problem was the curtain was ripped which caused lighting to come in from the sunlight and tv screens. Informed front desk and they sent an “engineer” who put new hooks and said they had to replace it. None the less for 3 days no fixing was done. If you happen to stumble at concierge the lady working there namd Carina will probably be one of the few most helpful there. If celebrating an event avoid speaking to most people there as my partner spoke to Trish and she said she would send up a bottle of something the day of and that never came. Luckily my partner also mentioned it to Carina and she came to the room with some goodies which had put a smile on my face. Lastly housekeeping. Will tell you now be aware of them. I had good service day 1. Second day a new maid came in upon asking for a change of sheets she huffed and puffed. Not to mention secondly there are no refrigerators as expected so i used an ice bucket to keep things cold. The morning before stepping out i left an item in a bag and in that ice bucket to keep cold. Upon returning i was reasy to end my birthday celebration off with some good expensive desert i had cooling down, and come to find it was thrown out. The bucket was emptied and put back in its original place. The maid claims she touched nothing. Yet there were 2 eyewitness to know that item was left there in the morning. So if they do that who knows what else they may do. Just a heads up that housekeepers name was Kathalina S. I hope they follow up with her on this matter. That could have been my insulin had i been a diabetic or who knows. Lastly, thank you to Wanda from Guest asistance in inroom phone for being able to get me through to resolve the housekeeper issue. She called me back throughout the time to make sure i was getting a resolution and managers were calling me. Thank you again. Overall aside that issue i would think of staying here again, but ensuring to speak or leave notes for housekeepers. Read less
