Times Square View Rooms are also 323 sq ft and overlook Times Square with 2 double beds or 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults.

I had booked a May 7-11, 2020 trip for my wife and daughter and had to cancel due to covid and was told I would receive a refund. However, after nunerous calls and emails, I have received nothing. Calling the hotel does no good--only one time have I talked to a real person. You can email me at gvrba@fca.org.

After multiple calls I was finally given an email address which I got a response basically saying you will eventually get a refund but we don't know when. It has been a year and still no refund. No answer when calling the number and now when emailing the one email address I was getting a response from it is undeliverable. They are never going to make it when they reopen if this is how they treat their customers and deliver on promises!! Due to the pandemic both bookings were cancelled on 23rd June 2020 and cancelation numbers were given for both bookings, at this time I was told I would need to wait 60… Read more

It is now the beginning of January 2021 and still no refund. I have called the hotel numerous times and get the same story of “please bear with us your refund is coming”, they even gave me a case reference number!! that was until the hotel stopped answering calls as I believe they are now closed. So, I called IHG corporate in the US who were very sympathetic but managed to cut me off 3 times. Do you they have any idea the cost of calling the hotel or IHG corporate from the UK and explaining why I am calling again and again? I am an IHG gold member and get treated like this, what’s the point in joining the program. To leave, so called “valued customers” without any help or communication is a disgrace. I hope to be staying in New York this coming August 2021, guess where I won’t be staying! Read less

I would give Crowne Plaza Times Square a zero rating if possible. We paid $3600 in Nov. for a March trip. We cancelled March 12th and were assured we would receive a full refund per IHG Covid response policies. We emailed the hotel repeatedly and were always told we would receive the refund in 90 days then 90 more days etc. I have tried to resolve… Read more

My calls to Crowne Plaza billing have never been returned. Their behavior has been dishonest and despicable. Crowne Plaza Times Square has committed fraud by keeping our $3,600 despite no services being rendered and company policy clearing stating our entitlement to a full and complete refund.
