She was able to find us the perfect room with a beautiful view and took the time to smile or say hi every every time we left the hotel. The location is centrally located to so many things. You can easily walk to most of the attractions. Central Park is only a few block North. Its an easy walk to the Met. Walk a few blocks south and you are in the heart of Times Square. A bit further up and you are at Bryant Park, Macy's and the Empire State Building. If you head a few blocks east, you are in Rockefeller Center. This really is the perfect location. Make sure to enjoy the fresh American breakfast. They serve a huge spread with literally something for everyone. The amenities and location are great; cant be beat, but all of the employees are what makes this our favorite place to stay while in Manhattan. Read less

For $160 a night, this is a great option for NYC for a comfortable, updated and spacious room. Location: 54th and Broadway, close walking distance from Central Park and Theatre District (~10 blocks from Times Square). Subway station within 2 blocks. Lobby: Shared lobby for Courtyard Marriott (lower floors) and Residence Inn. Check in was quick and elevators were fast. Room: we had a standard room, which had a nice little kitchenette space at the entrance, king bed fills up most of the bedroom space, there’s a desk and small chair, and small closet. There not much floor space in the bedroom, but entry way has nice open space in front of try kitchenette. Bathroom: decent size and has bathtub. Decent bath products that smells nice. Everything is fairly updated and has modern feel. Clean and simple. Bedding was not the most Lux but comfortable. Breakfast: free buffet breakfast is included. For the price, this is a great value and I would stay here again. Not as posh as The Edition or W, but I like this hotel better than the Sheraton 3 blocks away. Will definitely be back. Read less

I sprung for a room facing time square. The room was large and I had no complaints about size, however during my stay a squall hit nyc. It was very windy outside - the windows leaked. It was pretty noisy plus cold within the room. Pluses - large room, decent size bathroom, kitchen, hot water in bathroom with strong pressure and free breakfast.… Read more

It was pretty noisy plus cold within the room. Pluses - large room, decent size bathroom, kitchen, hot water in bathroom with strong pressure and free breakfast. Plus close to subway and Central Park. Negatives - not much - it’s not a fancy hotel, but decent. The elevators were a bit slow. Breakfast, while free, was nothing to write home about and I preferred to pop in to grab a cup of tea - that was all I would consume. Location is convenient to many nyc iconic sites. Read less

Extremely well located. Great views. Breakfast ok. Staff was super helpful. Will be back ! Close from Time Square and Central Park. Tallest hotel in america, even the gym has a view. Rooms are very huge for NYC. Worth the price.

My husband and I arrived on the 27th December to celebrate a special occasion and booked the hotel for 8 nights to explore NYC, see shows, shop etc! The whole experience has been fantastic, we got upgraded to a room on the 53rd floor which had a view of Central Park, Times Sq and Hudson River. It was a corner room with spectacular views. The room was big enough for our cases and our shopping unlike most rooms in NYC hotels where you can barely move. The staff surprised us with some desserts and a bottle of bubbly one night which was very kind. On NYE we had an amazing view on times sq, we couldn’t see the ball but could see everything else!! We left the hotel at 7pm for a party otherwise we wouldn’t have enjoyed the fireworks from the room! Location is perfect, 5-10 mins to Times Square and some great bars right across the road if you fancy a drink. The breakfast was ok, I mainly had fruit and yoghurt as the cooked options didn’t look great but it wouldn’t put me off visiting again. Rooms are stocked with coffee, popcorn and tea and kitchen facilities included toaster, microwave, fridge freezer plates and cutlery!! This was our 3rd visit to NYC and this is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at! 5 stars to the front desk team, super friendly and helpful. Thank you for an incredible stay Read less
