Very close to the city, plus they offer a free shuttle that’ll drop you off and pick you up across the bridge. Free breakfast, free coffee, enough said. Nothing to really do around the hotel but that is probably why they offer the free shuttle.

The Z NYC hotel was perfect for our recent trip. It's close to the F train and was very affordable. The rooms aren't very big, but they have everything you need. Our room had heated tile floors, which were heavenly for early morning showers. The view from our room was of the NYC skyline. And the staff were extremely helpful.

Bed rating is 6 out of 10 - pretty uncomfortable. It is time to replace the mattresses. Fantastic views of the city. All rooms face west. Very convenient to LaGuardia. Easy access to Manhattan via Uber/Lyft and that is where you spend some of what you save on room rate being in Long Island City vs Midtown.

Smaller room that usual in an US hotel but plenty big. I really liked the heated tiles around the sink and bathroom. Decor was perhaps a little dated but it was lean and everything in the room worked. Bed was comfortable and Great view of Manhattan skyline and the Queens borough bridge. I had a glass of wine at the bar in the evening, it was very quiet. Wine was good and not too expensive. Continental breakfast in the morning was Ok. There is a rooftop bar but it wasn't open during my visit. Its a good location if you are visiting Queens and has excellent access to Manhattan as it is abut 10 mins walk from Queen's Plaza station. I'd recommend staying here if you are visiting this area. Read less

I haven't stayed at a different hotel in NY since I started staying here. The staff are great. I didn't meet one that didn't bend over backwards if I needed something. The rooms are delux and view is breathtaking.I love it!
