Walk out the door to the Riverwalk, bars, restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. The A/C didn't work properly (kept getting colder despite turning up the thermostat), there was a loud beeping alarm coming from the unit in the room, and there were maintenance people in our room with the door propped open when we came back to our room at one point, without being told about this beforehand.

The room was hot and wouldn’t cool with a/c on 69. The phone didn’t work. The iron didn’t work. No one cleaned the room. Beds are small and room was small. The elevators were reasonably efficient. Probably won’t come back. It was built in 1985 and its stuck in 1985. Be wary of white bed linens. The UV light won’t reveal their filth. Stains were on… Read more

Stayed here for pleasure last weekend. A/C was extremely noisy. Bathtub didn't drain properly. Only two pillows per full bed. Usually stacked up on the beds. Always more than two pillows. Card key didn't work for garage entire weekend. Had it redone twice. Food at restaurant wasn't so great. Didn't see any chicken items. You could put… Read more

Card key didn't work for garage entire weekend. Had it redone twice. Food at restaurant wasn't so great. Didn't see any chicken items. You could put chicken on a salad, but not an entree that I saw. There were no food entrees that I liked. A salad, frenchfries, two wines was $55.00.....Would not stay here again. Read less

Room was outdated. Coffee maker was knock off Kuerig. Would have expected creamers in the room. Bathroom was tiny & there was no place to hang your towels. Double beds should be Queen. This may have been due to Covid, but there was no room service or food/drink delivery to the pool. There were so many kids swimming that the pool was cloudy by the end of the week. I would have expected more from a hotel classified as luxury. Not a bad place to stay, just not " luxurious ". Read less
